As an Advisor, Bryan partners with companies to create tailored HR and Talent strategies that drive sustainable growth, innovation, productivity and profitability. Bryan held Executive Leadership roles within global organizations in highly regulated and competitive industries including Morgan Stanley, Citi, Hanover Insurance, Samsung Electronics, US Trust, Tranzact and CIT.
Bryan has successfully led broad based transformation strategies to optimize organizational effectiveness in very dynamic environments. He completed a number of complex corporate transactions including cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. As CHRO he has a proven track record of achieving financial and operating metrics by transforming HR strategy and capabilities to align with the organizational strategy. Bryan holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Columbia Business School and a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
